Shipping Policy
For domestic orders- Orders will be dispatched in 12-15 working days. Once an order is dispatched, it will be delivered in 2-7 business days depending on your location. However, the exact delivery timeline will be estimated based on the product and the place of delivery. In case of urgent orders you can email us at support@whogah.com
We cover the entire cost of shipping for all prepaid orders delivered within India, making the shipping charges entirely complimentary on our part.
For international orders- Orders will be dispatched in 12-15 working days. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. In case of urgent orders you can email us at support@whogah.com
Shipping charges and delivery date will be shared upon inquiry.
Please note - that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
TRACKING
- Once your order is dispatched from our end, tracking details will be sent to you on your registered email ID.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle-free delivery.
